FAQ about Melzer X3000
Yes. The gift card management module of the Melzer X3000 has a built-in interface to gurado. Gift cards sold in the gurado online shop are scanned, checked and – also in partial amounts – redeemed right at the touchscreen POS.
No double maintenance: gift cards sold online are available for redemption at the POS immediately, in real time. With partial redemptions, the remaining balance stays on the gift card. Each gift card code can only be redeemed once or until the balance is used up.
Yes. Tax-compliant accounting, for example for multi-purpose vouchers, is handled cleanly between the POS and gurado.
