Order the interface from matrix POS
Contact your matrix POS sales partner or the 42 GmbH directly to have the module for the extended gift card service activated.
Enter the key in Matrix Office
The API key is entered in Matrix Office, the back-office system of the POS. After that, the terminals set up an encrypted connection to gurado.

Staff enter the gurado gift card number at the POS and instantly see status, expiry date and remaining balance. At payment, the amount is deducted from the gift card with one click and the receipt is booked in matrix POS. Remaining balances stay on the gift card and can be used again on the next visit.
Yes. The integration also covers extensions such as the Matrix NEO mobile handheld system, so gift cards can be checked right at the guest's table.
Setup runs through the support of the system houses involved. You get the API key in gurado, order the interface from your matrix POS sales partner or 42 GmbH, and the key is entered in Matrix Office.
