SONNENTOR is an Austrian family business from the Waldviertel region that has stood for organic teas, herbs and spices since 1988. The brand is present in around 40 SONNENTOR stores in Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic, most of them run by franchise partners. Its own online shop and sales through organic specialist retailers round off the network.
One gift card solution for every channel
The goal was to sell and redeem gift cards online and in store alike. Two integrations were set up for this: one with the POS system in the stores and one with SONNENTOR's own online shop.
