Gift cards and tickets from your own shop
The goal was to sell gift cards and tickets through the restaurant's own Shopware shop, in its own look and with no break in the guest experience. gurado handles delivery – digitally and by post.
Shopware plugin
Sales through the external shop system Shopware run on the gurado Shopware plugin.
Delivery by email and post
Gift cards and tickets are delivered as PDFs by email, in the restaurant's own branding and from its own email domain; printed gift cards are posted by gurado.
For us, digitising processes is never an end in itself – it should above all improve the experience for our guests. In gurado we found a partner to shape our gift card processes in a modern, customer-focused way. We particularly value the direct, fast communication and the personal, solution-oriented way we work together.
